Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in new, unwashed, and unworn condition with the tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse damaged or worn items. For items marked final sale, we do not accept any returns. For any items with embroidery or customizations, no returns will be accepted. Please contact us for any questions.
A refund will be issued after the returned item(s) are received. Items in used, worn, or damaged condition or with tags not still attached will not be eligible for a refund. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete due to processing times. For items purchased with free delivery, the difference between shipping and your purchase will be refunded. For items with paid shipping, the difference between shipping and your purchase will be refunded.
One exchange will be done free of charge for problems with sizing. The returned item must be in unwashed and unworn condition with tags still attached. Additional exchanges for an order will require paid postage.
